    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

    Instructions

    1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water and olive oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
    2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add ground meat, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned. Stir in parsley and let cool.
    3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into circles (about 4 inches in diameter).
    5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one half of each circle. Fold the other half over and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
    6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
    7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
