- 500g minced lamb or beef

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh green chili, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil or clarified butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the minced lamb or beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle in the mitmita, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to combine.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and green chili (if using) just before serving.
- Serve hot with injera, allowing diners to scoop the dulet with the bread.
