    Ingredients

    • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
    • 8 cups water
    • 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

    • Lemon or lime slices for garnish

    Instructions

    1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water to remove any impurities.
    2. In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
    3. Once boiling, add the rinsed hibiscus flowers and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
    4. Remove from heat and let it steep for an additional 30 minutes.
