- In a large bowl, combine the baobab fruit pulp and water, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the baobab mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix until the dough is smooth.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking pan and pour the dough into it, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
