Fuelled by a thirst for adventure and a desire to explore her heritage, Nubi embarked on this epic journey in January 2024. Her trusty steed? A purple Peugeot 107, lovingly nicknamed “Lumi”. Her route? A captivating odyssey through 17 countries, including France, Spain, Morocco, Senegal, Mali, and Ghana.

The journey wasn’t all smooth sailing. Nubi encountered the inevitable challenges that come with traversing vast distances alone. There were moments of loneliness, logistical hurdles, and of course, the unexpected. Like the time she got into a car accident in Ivory Coast.
