The 2nd Annual Baltimore County Afro Soul Festival is a fusion of African culture, Caribbean culture, and African American culture which has resulted in a rich and vibrant tapestry of traditions, art, music, and food. The FREE Afro Soul Festival will celebrate culture through food, music, and dance. ​ We are excited this year to have April Watts as the host and DJing by DJ Tanz playing the latest hits of Reggaeton, Afro Beats and more.
